We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Attorney who is passionate about helping people navigate life's legal challenges. This position is ideal for an attorney who can step in confidently, manage their caseload independently, and deliver high-quality legal representation while collaborating with a supportive, high-performing legal team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop effective legal strategies aligned with client goals, case facts, and applicable laws.
  • Represent clients confidently and competently in court and other proceedings.
  • Conduct client meetings to discuss strategies, explore options, and guide them toward favorable outcomes.
  • Track and evaluate work performed for each client to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Delegate tasks to paralegals and legal assistants while maintaining accountability for all deliverables and deadlines.
  • Meet or exceed performance and productivity metrics associated with the role.

Qualifications

  • Licensed and in good standing with the
    Washington State Bar Association (WSBA)
