Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for an Office Manager based in Marietta, GA. The Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, support customer service operations, and ensure efficient use of office equipment and resources. Key responsibilities include managing office supplies, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining organized records, and fostering a professional and efficient office environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Office Administration, Administrative Assistance, and managing office operations
- Proficiency with Office Equipment, including handling and maintaining standard office technology
- Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service and fostering positive client interactions
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications is a plus
- Previous office management experience is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in office management are advantageous
