Job Overview

Our firm focuses on estate planning, trust administration, probate, conservatorship matters and inheritance litigation. We are looking for a personable, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you'll play a key role in creating a positive first impression and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a warm, professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
  • Provide general information about company services to guests and callers
  • Support administrative tasks including filing, copying, scanning, and data entry
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist preferred; experience in a law firm and Spanish speaking are a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint); working knowledge of WordPerfect and Abacus Law a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and customer service-oriented attitude

Compensation:

  • Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • In-person role
