About This Role
The Regional Assept Protection Manager (RAPM) Provides leadership and strategic direction for Supply Chain programs encompassing Business Continuity, CrisisManagement, HSE,Safety,PhysicalSecurity,LossPrevention. The RAPM drives the development and execution of Supply Chain initiatives that ensure the safety and security of employees, guests, assets, and facilities across domestic supply chain, while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Act as a trusted advisor to field leadership, championing continuity preparedness, proactive risk mitigation, and operational resilience across assigned regions. Serve as a central figure in aligning security and continuity strategies with business objectives to ensure enterprise-wide readiness and response capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Oversee critical functions, including leadership and strategy for Ace's Health, Safety, and environmental program.
- Oversee critical functions including field investigations, and physical security for assigned area.
- Lead Loss Prevention functions in the supply chain, ensuring compliance with CTPAT standards, mitigating workplace threats, and managing facility risk across the domestic supply chain.
- Act as a trusted advisor to field leadership, championing continuity preparedness, proactive risk mitigation, and operational resilience across assigned regions.
- Serve as a central figure in aligning security and continuity strategies with business objectives to ensure enterprise-wide readiness and response capabilities.
- Assist with the selection, development and training of the Asset Protection Teams.
- Work with field leadership to drive continuous improvement and Ace's over all Asset Protection Culture.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in related field and 8-10 years of experience required at corporate or multi-unit management.
- Background in business continuity planning, risk management and crisis management.
- Certification in area of expertise is highly recommended: Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Forensic Interviewer, Loss Prevention Qualified or Certified, or master's in business
- Industry training in cross-functional areas including Emergency / Crisis Management.
- Significant industry training in emergency response, crisis leadership, and regulatory compliance.
- Communication, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Ability to travel up to 50%

$ $150000 per year
