Aura Homes is a small, hands-on residential home builder dedicated to quality craftsmanship and smooth project delivery. We're looking for a Field Operations Lead to oversee daily activities across multiple construction sites and ensure each project progresses efficiently from start to finish.

This role manages on-site logistics, materials procurement, and communication between trades, suppliers, and project management. Responsibilities include coordinating material deliveries, verifying receipts, monitoring site progress, and assisting with general on-site tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. They take initiative to solve problems, keep projects on schedule, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and trades. A mix of office coordination and on-site presence is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and track progress across several residential sites
  • Coordinate materials orders, deliveries, and receipts
  • Maintain clear communication with trades, suppliers, and management
  • Conduct on-site inspections and assist with miscellaneous tasks
  • Report progress updates and resolve day-to-day operational issues
  • Assist with aspects of permitting process when required
  • Some maintenance of sites – lawn mowing etc.
  • Assistance with managing the retrofit of existing leased assets to meet updated design and operational standards

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in residential construction or project coordination
  • Experience with project management preferred
  • Ability to multitask across multiple sites and priorities
  • Experience working with CLT Development Center & knowledge of current permitting process/inspection process
  • Experience with Buildertrend software is a strong asset
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $60,000.00 per year
