Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Front Desk Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Front Desk Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our . You will be responsible for overseeing the front of house, managing staff, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

MUST BE ABLE TO COVER SHIFTS WHEN NEEDED, Including the Over Night Shift when needed.

  • Supervise and manage a team of staff members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Assist the General Manager in managing the hotel, including scheduling, inventory control, and Inspections for Choice Hotels , City and State.
  • Oversee the front of house, including greeting guests, handling reservations, and managing the Front Office.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints and ensuring that guests have an exceptional dining experience.
  • Collaborate with other management staff to achieve business goals and improve overall performance.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel environment.
  • Proven experience in inventory control and ordering.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
