Mayvin is seeking a highly skilled
Procurement Analyst / FOIA Support Specialist
to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ). This role provides critical acquisition-related transparency, records management, and FOIA/Privacy Act processing in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Must have a Public Trust.

Responsibilities

  • Manage responses to incoming FOIA and Privacy Act requests
  • Coordinate acquisition-related data/information requests (e.g., Congress, public, stakeholders)
  • Propose redactions and prepare responses to appeals, fee waivers, and lawsuits.
  • Archive and determine dispositions of case files
  • Ensure PII protection and proper record handling
  • Alert government to special/controversial requests for proper coordination
  • Explain FOIA policies, exemptions, and procedures to stakeholders
  • Maintain tracking of requests in government databases and prepare summary reports
  • Research, review, and prepare document packages for management review and signature
  • Recommend updates to guidance and procedures
  • Support process reviews and recommend improvements
  • Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) as required
