We're seeking a Dining Services Manager to lead our dining program at our small, close-knit Memory Care Community in Bonita Springs, FL - serving approximately 35–80 residents once fully occupied. This is a wonderful opportunity to run an intimate dining operation where quality, connection, and consistency matter more than volume.

What You'll Do

As the Dining Services Manager, you'll bring warmth, leadership, and culinary excellence to every dining experience. You will:

  • Lead and inspire a talented dining team to deliver exceptional, hospitality-driven service.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of dining operations - from menu development to presentation.
  • Ensure meals are prepared and served safely, meeting both nutritional standards and resident preferences (including special diets).
  • Manage budgets, purchasing, and inventory to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Create a restaurant-style environment that reflects dignity, respect, and a sense of home for residents.
  • Engage daily with residents to understand their preferences, feedback, and satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and coach team members to maintain excellence in both service and compliance.
  • Partner with leadership to continuously improve the resident dining experience and team culture.
What Makes You Stand Out

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in dining or food service (senior living, healthcare, or hospitality preferred).
  • ServSafe Manager Certification (required).
  • Strong knowledge of dietary standards and safe food handling practices.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and team-building skills.
  • A calm, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
