Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an
Acquisition Specialist
based in New York, NY.

The Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting market and financial analyses, and supporting the due diligence and transaction process. Responsibilities include identifying off-market and on-market deals, analyzing property performance metrics, preparing financial models, and assisting in negotiations through to closing. The role requires close collaboration with the company's leadership and construction management teams to align acquisition strategies with value-add execution plans.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and underwriting skills with prior acquisitions experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in market research, program management, and deal sourcing
  • Experience in real estate financial modeling and investment analysis (Excel proficiency preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • Prior experience in real estate investment, development, or brokerage is a strong plus
