Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Support Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team supporting our Infor Human Capital Management (HCM) environment. The ideal candidate will serve as both a hands-on Infor SME and a people leader, driving optimization, performance, and innovation across our ERP platform. This role partners closely with HR and IT leadership to ensure seamless system performance and continued enhancement of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 6–8 ERP analysts and support specialists, providing mentorship, training, and day-to-day direction.
- Serve as the Infor ERP subject matter expert (SME), specifically within the HCM space, guiding system enhancements, troubleshooting, and integrations.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to identify opportunities for system and process optimization, ensuring the ERP platform supports organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Oversee daily operations of the ERP support function, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and change management activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT partners to ensure effective configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of the Infor ERP environment.
- Lead or support projects related to system improvements, data governance, and automation initiatives.
- Establish and maintain best practices for ERP administration, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure support performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure user training and knowledge transfer to maximize adoption and system utilization.
- Stay current on Infor ERP updates, certifications, and emerging technologies in the HCM domain.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience managing or leading ERP support teams, preferably in a large enterprise environment.
- Infor ERP certification and hands-on experience required (Infor CloudSuite HCM experience strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR, payroll, benefits, and talent management processes.
- Proven track record of team leadership, mentorship, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience managing ERP projects, upgrades, and integrations in coordination with HR and IT teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing hands-on technical work with strategic leadership.
