THE POSITION

The Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) and Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) worker provides support and therapeutic services to enrich and improve the lives of our at-risk youth. Services are provided to the children and their caregivers in the home and/or community. CFTSS/HCBS/OPWDD  services are designed to help youth and families to gain the necessary tools to be successful in their homes and communities. The position is flexible in hours, requiring availability in evenings and/or weekends.

Based on training, experience, and qualifications, the Service Provider may be called upon to provide one or more services to children and families enrolled in the specific program. Hours vary according to workers' and family's availability. Monday to Friday 3 pm to 8 pm and weekends up to 8 hrs a day. This is a part-time/per diem position that averages 6 to 20 hrs a week. Individuals need to have some experience working with children and families. Training will be provided to those who qualify. College students are encouraged to apply. Criminal background and ACS background checks are required.

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
  •  OPWDD program:  High School diploma (not necessarily)  HCBS Program: High School Diploma Minimum, Depending on the service provision more requirements will apply. CFTSS: Bachelor's/Master depending on the service provision.

Shifts:

  • Evenings(Required)
  • Weekends (preferred).
