Power Consulting Group is a fast growing, high energy, NYC based Managed IT Service Provider (MSP), supporting, and implementing all aspects of technology including cloud, virtualization, and security. Dedicated to giving our clients the highest level of customer service experience and exceptional support. PCG has been in business for more than 20 years serving clients ranging from small to large sized businesses. We are seeking an MSP Support Desk – Tier 2 to join our award-winning Managed Services. Previous MSP experience on an MSP internal helpdesk is a must-have. Being an outsourced helpdesk hired through an MSP but dedicated to a single large client does not qualify in this instance as MSP experience.

● Client Support/Customer Service
● Desktop/Laptop/Network/Mobile Device/Peripheral & Application Support
● Documentation
CANDIDATE: IT problem solver with 3+ years professional experience
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
● Highly proficient in Windows & Mac support and troubleshooting
● IP networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
● LAN/WAN troubleshooting
● MS Office/Office 365 support and troubleshooting
● MS Azure / MS Entra experience
● Desktop/Laptop hardware troubleshooting
● MS Active Directory/Domain basics
● MS Windows Server environment basics
● MS Exchange Online/Office 365 administration basics
● iOS & Android device support and troubleshooting
● Apple OSX support experience a must.
● Extensive Windows 10/Windows 11 troubleshooting experience required
● MS Office/Office 365 support and troubleshooting
● Network+ Certified
● Security+ Certified

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year DOE
