About the RoleWe're seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of healthcare marketing strategies that elevate our brand, engage patients, and support internal communications. This role combines creativity with strategic thinking — ideal for someone who thrives on translating complex healthcare concepts into clear, engaging campaigns that align with our clinical mission and business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for patient education, digital engagement, and brand awareness.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials including brochures, infographics, videos, presentations, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
- Maintain brand consistency through templates, style guides, and communication standards.
- Ensure all materials comply with HIPAA, accessibility (WCAG), and healthcare marketing regulations.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to guide future initiatives.
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Partner with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business and clinical goals.
- Stay current on healthcare marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, medical communications, or patient education.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, accessibility standards, and brand management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar design software.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to translate complex healthcare topics into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
Preferred:
- Experience with digital marketing platforms, social media, or e-learning tools.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for web and email design.
- Familiarity with video editing, motion graphics, or multimedia content creation.
