Key Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience as a Data Engineer / Analytical Engineer, ideally in healthcare, eCommerce, or large digital platforms.
  • Proven expertise with Azure Databricks, Google BigQuery, and Snowflake.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ETL tools — Azure Data Factory (ADF), DBT, and Power BI.
  • In-depth understanding of modern data stack architectures, including Medallion architecture and real-time streaming (Kafka).
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance data infrastructures that enable actionable analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to AI-driven data innovation.
Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines to support AI and analytics initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, engineering, business) to define data requirements and architecture.
  • Implement scalable data solutions leveraging cloud technologies (Azure, GCP, Snowflake).
  • Optimize ETL workflows and ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
  • Support advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and real-time insights delivery.
  • Contribute to the long-term AI and data strategy for the organization.
