Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Executive located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Regional Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding market presence, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting market analysis, and presenting solutions tailored to client needs, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
- Ability to perform Market Research and understand competitive trends to drive strategic growth
- Demonstrated experience in Negotiation and Contract Management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the property management industry is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
