Job Summary:
Redo Cabinets by Krumwiede Home Pros is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our expanding team. This pivotal role is responsible for conducting in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads, presenting our comprehensive product line, and securing sales through our "One-Sit-Close" system. Successful candidates will be enthusiastic, growth-minded individuals committed to professional excellence and customer satisfaction. You'll be motivated to go the extra mile, aim for excellence, and take initiative in leveraging our established sales processes and extensive training to achieve aggressive sales targets. Work Environment & Expectations:
This is a challenging yet highly rewarding commission-driven sales role requiring dedication and self-discipline. Success hinges on consistent performance, strict adherence to company policies, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. We expect our team to be reliable, following through on commitments, and demonstrating consistency. Travel is a daily requirement, and the schedule includes extensive training, weekly meetings, and variable appointment times, requiring you to be highly adaptable and quick to adjust to new situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Sales with Excellence: Conduct daily in-home consultations using our "One-Sit-Close" methodology to present products, measure, estimate, and finalize contracts for immediate sales.
- Achieve Sales Targets with Initiative: Consistently meet and exceed benchmarks and contribute to overall sales volume.
- Commit to Continuous Development & Adaptability: Actively participate in the training program, meet benchmarks, and continuously strive to improve sales performance and reduce cancellation rates.
- Collaborate for Success: Act as a team player during training and meetings, sharing insights and actively participating in group learning to build trust and contribute to the collective success of the sales department.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of a "one-call-close" or "one-sit-close" sales methodology, demonstrating a motivated drive to aim for excellence.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role, showcasing initiative and reliability.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, used to build trust with homeowners.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with homeowners, embodying our collaborative spirit.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities during in-home consultations, enabling you to find creative solutions and be adaptable.
- High level of self-motivation, goal-orientation, and a resilient mindset in a performance-driven environment, ensuring you approach everything with passion & energy.
- Adaptability to fluctuating lead volumes and changing schedules, demonstrating you are quick to adjust and embrace change.
- Valid driver's license and transportation suitable for daily travel to appointments.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, reflecting consistency and a commitment to doing the right thing.
Compensation & Benefits:
Redo Cabinets by Krumwiede Home Pros offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package designed to reward top performers and recognize those who are motivated to go the extra mile:
- Training Compensation: Weekly salary during the initial 4 week training period, reflecting our commitment to your development.
- Post-Training Compensation: After 90 days, representatives choose between two categories, Base Plus Commission or Commission Only.
- Aggressive Commission Structure: "Par System" with overage opportunities for sales above par, rewarding your motivated drive to aim for excellence.
- Volume Bonuses: Monthly tiered bonuses and Year-End Bonus for those who consistently go the extra mile.
- Medical/Vision/Dental Insurance Package: Available after 60 days
- 401K: Eligible after 60 days of employment (4% company match).
- Vehicle Reimbursement: monthly reimbursement if KPI metrics are met, recognizing your reliability in meeting targets.
- Company-Funded Gas Card: Issued after training
- Paid Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and 1 floating holiday.
