The role will ensure that systems are running at optimal levels to maintain climate control, energy efficiency, and system reliability for the common area and some areas for retail tenants of a Regional Shopping Mall. Key Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including, large air handlers, condenser units, self-contained rooftop systems, boilers, and split systems.Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to extend life and minimize downtime.Inspect and maintain electrical lighting systems troubleshooting situations that may present lighting failures in zones throughout the property interior and exterior.Maintenance of the plumbing in the facility for faucets, toilets, urinals, and exterior irrigation will need to be supported.Inventory of gases, filters, contactors, and various other parts will need to be sourced and maintained working with Operations Manager.Some weekend work will be required and may be on a rotation basis.Respond promptly to all work orders and in some occasions it may require after-hours support.Various other duties will be required in order to support Marketing, Specialty Leasing, and Make Ready Maintenance of rental spaces.Event setups, holiday sets, furniture repairs, and various other routine duties of a shopping center will need to be supported. Qualifications;High School Diploma or GED: Technical Certifications in electrical, plumbing, HVAC preferred.HVAC technician license held or willingness to attain license within 90 days of employment.Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks at heights.Ability to work on some weekends and in emergencies after routine working hours.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUJoin an industry leader and shape the future of commercial real estate Deep investment in cutting-edge technology to power your work Comprehensive and competitive benefits plan A supportive, caring and diverse work environment designed for your growth and well-beingLocation: On-site –Abilene, TXJob Tags:Property ManagementIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tablePersonalized benefits that support personal well-being and growth:JLL recognizes the impact that the workplace can have on your wellness, so we offer a supportive culture and comprehensive benefits package that prioritizes mental, physical and emotional health.
