Job Summary

The Clubhouse Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests at our facility. This position involves managing various clubhouse activities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and have experience in hospitality, events management, and guest services.

Duties

  • Greet and assist guests as they arrive, providing information about clubhouse amenities and activities.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining financial records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
  • Oversee food service operations, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clubhouse environment, including common areas and restrooms.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive team effort in delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • MUST BE 21 FOR THIS POSITION

Job Type: Part-time

Base Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
