Tennis Attendant

Schedule: PART TIME; 20 hours per weekWeekdays & Weekends.***Bilingual required***The Amenities Attendant is a hospitality position responsible for maintaining a safe and clean aquatic recreational area for guests or residents and/or other amenity or common areas under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor or General ManagerDuties and Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Greet all guests in a standing upright position as they enter the clubhouse of the community maintaining the highest quality of customer service. Within the property, validate guests and residents' use of the property's amenities. Ex) pool area, spa, fitness center, tennis court, basketball court etc. Each guest must have authorized access to use the property's amenities. All "check-in" policies and procedures must be followed without any exceptions. Report any violations of the Rules and Regulations that are observed, according the procedures established and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors. Monitor tennis courts and other clubhouse amenities and advise the Property Manager of any issues or violations of the established rules and regulations. Document daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Report all maintenance items which include, but is not limited to, burned out lights, leaks, broken equipment to the Property Manager. Ensure residents and registered guests are complying with Association Rules and Regulations; Remove any loose debris or trash in area Complete daily check list Assist other departments as time allows on projects and duties as assigned Assist Front Desk as needed. Work EnvironmentThe position will be indoors and outdoors. Moderate noise level.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 30 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures. This position will require long periods of standing and walking, as well as working outdoors. Ability to follow oral and written instructionsPosition Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a non-exempt (hourly) position. Days and hours will be determined by the property manager or department supervisor. The schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the property.Required Education and Experience Prior experience in a related position.
