Original Path Counseling, a thriving and compassionate group practice in Centennial, CO, is actively seeking full-time licensed counselors with specialized play therapy training to join our team. This is an employee-based position—not contract work—ideal for clinicians seeking long-term professional stability without the stress of running a private practice.
We specialize intrauma-informed care and pride ourselves on fostering a supportive, fun, and deeply connected team culture. You'll have the opportunity to do meaningful work with a steady stream of motivated clients—without worrying about marketing, billing, or administrative logistics.
What We Offer:

Ideal Candidates:
- Are licensed in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
- Have specialized trauma training (e.g., sand tray or other play therapy modalities; certification not required)
- Are passionate about working with children and adolescents.
- Can commit to at least 25 client sessions/week
- Enjoy collaborating in a team-oriented environment but value autonomy
- Are NOT currently pursuing or operating their own private practice
Job Details:
- Schedule: Flexible weekday schedule
- Setting: Mostly in-person with occasional Telehealth sessions
- Location: Centennial, CO must be able to commute or relocate before starting)
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate in counseling or related field
- Colorado licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
- Play therapy specific training
- Experience working with children in therapy setting
