Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event and Sales Coordinator based in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area. In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, work closely with clients to understand their needs, and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. Responsibilities include maintaining excellent customer relationships, ensuring seamless event management, and collaborating with vendors and the internal team to deliver exceptional experiences. Additional tasks may involve administrative duties, budgeting, and tracking sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships
  • Proven experience in Event Planning and Event Management to coordinate and execute successful events
  • Proficiency in Sales and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Prior experience in catering or event production is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed
