As part of the operations team, you'll help ensure smooth event execution — from welcoming guests to managing registration, check-ins, and 1:1 meetings. You'll represent the summit brand and play a key role in delivering a seamless attendee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and organize the
registration desk
before attendee arrival. - Manage
digital check-ins
using the Organiser App and distribute badges/lanyards. - Keep
badges organized by category
(sponsor, delegate, speaker). - Handle
on-site registrations, walk-ins
, and general guest queries. - Track and manage
1:1 meeting schedules
; notify attendees of upcoming slots. - Assist in
signage setup
and maintain an organized registration area. - Communicate effectively with the
event operations team
for updates or issues.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Based in or near
New York City
and available
17–19 November 2025
(including pre-event setup). - Prior experience in
event operations, hospitality, or corporate conferences
preferred. - Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
. - Tech-savvy
, comfortable with tablets, check-in systems, or event apps. - Organized, punctual, and reliable
, with attention to detail. - Team player
with a proactive and professional attitude.
Compensation
- $600 for both days
- Meals and refreshments
provided during event hours.
