Event Crew Members
to join our on-ground team for the
NexGen Banking Summit – US Edition

As part of the operations team, you'll help ensure smooth event execution — from welcoming guests to managing registration, check-ins, and 1:1 meetings. You'll represent the summit brand and play a key role in delivering a seamless attendee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and organize the
    registration desk
    before attendee arrival.
  • Manage
    digital check-ins
    using the Organiser App and distribute badges/lanyards.
  • Keep
    badges organized by category
    (sponsor, delegate, speaker).
  • Handle
    on-site registrations, walk-ins
    , and general guest queries.
  • Track and manage
    1:1 meeting schedules
    ; notify attendees of upcoming slots.
  • Assist in
    signage setup
    and maintain an organized registration area.
  • Communicate effectively with the
    event operations team
    for updates or issues.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Based in or near
    New York City
    and available
    17–19 November 2025
    (including pre-event setup).
  • Prior experience in
    event operations, hospitality, or corporate conferences
    preferred.
  • Strong
    communication and interpersonal skills
    .
  • Tech-savvy
    , comfortable with tablets, check-in systems, or event apps.
  • Organized, punctual, and reliable
    , with attention to detail.
  • Team player
    with a proactive and professional attitude.

Compensation

  • $600 for both days
  • Meals and refreshments
    provided during event hours.
