About Calmify Wellness Center
Calmify Wellness Center is a family-focused therapy practice helping children, teens, and families heal, grow, and reconnect. We believe mental health care should feel human, grounded in compassion, community, and integrity.
We're now expanding our leadership team and seeking a Clinical Site Supervisor with both clinical excellence and vision, someone who's ready to lead with heart while helping shape the systems that support our next generation of clinicians.
Position Overview
This role combines mentorship, oversight, and leadership. The Clinical Supervisor will provide secondary/Site supervision to board-approved interns and associates, ensure clinical quality and compliance, and partner with leadership to strengthen Calmify's clinical programs.
We're looking for someone who thrives in both structure and innovation — who can uphold high standards while helping build new pathways for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide weekly Site supervision and clinical guidance to state board-approved interns and associates.
- Oversee case consultation, treatment planning, and documentation review.
- Support clinical program development and quality-assurance initiatives.
- Mentor interns and early-career clinicians with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with the Director and CEO to elevate service quality and operational excellence.
- Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, state, and board requirements.
- Contribute to the culture of growth, integrity, and care that defines Calmify Wellness Center.
Requirements
- Active Nevada license (LCSW, LMFT, or CPC) with Board-approved supervisor status.
- Minimum 3 years post-licensure experience; leadership or training experience preferred.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and quality assurance.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and inspire others.
- Strong understanding of ethical standards and confidentiality practices.
- Genuine passion for youth, family, and community-based mental health.
Compensation & Schedule
- Contract, Part-Time position
- Flexible hybrid schedule
- Competitive hourly rate or per-supervisee compensation (DOE)
