Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and data management. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Support month-end closing activities by reconciling accounts and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Utilize financial software to input data, generate reports, and analyze financial information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant financial data and provide support as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding financial transactions and assist with audits as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficiency in financial software is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
