Job Description:

Nods Plumbing & Heating is looking for a dependable and hard-working Plumber's Helper/Apprentice to join our crew. This is an ideal position for someone who is eager to start a long-term career in plumbing and heating. You'll assist plumbers on job sites and gain valuable hands-on experience in both residential and commercial systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems
  • Prepare and clean work areas before and after projects
  • Cut, measure, and assemble pipe systems
  • Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
  • Learn plumbing codes, tools, and trade practices through daily work
  • Support journeyman plumbers and lead technicians as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and willing to learn
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in varied conditions (indoors/outdoors, crawlspaces, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous trade or construction experience is a plus but not required
