Low resident to CNA ratio, 2 aides per hall during AM shift, a Med Aide for both shifts, and strong DON & ADON to help, along with a dedicated Executive Director and Nursing Team.

Position Summary:

  • Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.
  • Provide nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
  • Perform routine vitals procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and recording/ updating patients' charts.
  • Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders.
  • Promptly communicate any significant changes in behavior or conditions to supervisor.
  • Make routine rounds on assigned residents in accordance with established procedures.
  • Must be comfortable doing occasional lifting or transferring of residents.
  • Effective communication, customer facing, and interpersonal skills needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour
