Role Description:
Growth Marketing Specialist – Fitness App Launch

Contract | Remote

Hourly Rate:
Starting at $75/hour

The Challenge:
Zero to 10,000 Users

deWatch is launching a new, highly competitive fitness and nutrition tracking application. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who is ready to build and execute. You will own the entire user acquisition loop.

Core Deliverables & Ownership

This role requires a unique blend of content creation, campaign management, and data science.

  • Content-to-Conversion:
    Develop and execute the full content engine (copywriting, video concepts, blog topics) specifically engineered to drive app installs. Your content is the top of our funnel.
  • Campaign Management:
    End-to-end responsibility for user acquisition campaigns across paid social (Meta), search (Google), ASO, and high-leverage organic channels.
  • Optimization and Scale:
    Implement rigorous A/B testing on ads and landing pages. You must continuously monitor and report on KPIs (CPI, CPA, LTV, Retention), using data to force immediate, profitable scaling decisions.

**Required Experience**

  • 5+ years of documented success in Growth Marketing or User Acquisition for a B2C mobile application.
  • A proven track record of taking an app from launch/pre-seed stage to thousands of users.
  • Expertise in media buying and optimization across major ad platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the Health, Fitness, or Wellness app market and user motivations.
  • Proficiency in mobile attribution and analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Firebase, Adjust).
