About the Role
We're looking for motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) ready to launch a long-term career in B2B sales. This isn't just another entry-level job — it's a starting point for people who want to master sales, make an impact, and build serious earning potential in a performance-based environment with no cap on commissions.
What You'll Do
· Prospect new enterprise clients through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
· Qualify inbound and outbound leads to generate sales meetings.
· Collaborate with Account Executives on strategy and territory planning.
· Track outreach activity, pipeline, and metrics in HubSpot CRM.
· Execute at a high level — consistent activity equals results.
What We're Looking For
· 0–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
· Competitive, confident, and motivated by achievement and income growth.
· Strong communication skills and willingness to put in the work to win.
· Bachelor's degree preferred.

Base Pay: $48, $120,000.00 per year
