About the Role

As we scale our presence in the US, we're seeking a driven and creative Sales Development Representative to fuel our growth engine. Reporting into the US Sales Leadership team, you will focus on generating and advancing Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for enterprise-level marketing organizations, primarily targeting the US region while collaborating closely with US prospects and pipelining into cross-regional opportunities.

You'll generate and qualify leads for enterprise marketing teams, engage with decision-makers, and collaborate with Account Executives to turn interest into pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute structured prospecting plans using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and Leadfeeder.

Educate marketing leaders on how Bannerflow solves key challenges, from automated resizing to real-time ad optimization.

Stay up-to-date on trends in ad-tech and digital creative automation.

Meet or exceed monthly goals for SQLs, pipeline, and opportunities.

Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive insights into the go-to-market strategy.

About You:

Minimum 2 years in Sales Development, Business Development, or similar, preferably in SaaS or ad-tech.

Proven track record of hitting KPIs (SQLs, pipeline, opportunities).

Self-disciplined, strategic, and creative in outbound strategies.

Team-oriented and motivated by both personal growth and company success.
