Sous Chef*

*Salary:*
$60,000-$70,000 per year (based on experience)

*Sous Chef Responsibilities:*

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations in a high-volume setting
  • Assist the Executive Chef with food orders, inventory management, labor scheduling, and sales tracking
  • Ensure quality assurance of all kitchen products
  • Ensure all recipes and procedures are followed to the highest standard
  • Collaborate with management to plan and coordinate special events

*Desired Qualifications:*

  • Experience working in high-volume, full-service restaurants
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety practices and protocols
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of staff
  • Experience working 11-12 hour shifts
