Summary:
We are seeking an Analyst to join our team. The analyst will assist with underwriting potential acquisition and development opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting asset management functions. This individual will play a key part in driving our investment strategy and ensuring informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis & Presentation: Underwrite potential acquisition and development opportunities, prepare cash flow models, property valuations, and investment analyses. Assist in preparing deal memorandum for investment committee review.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to support underwriting assumptions and discover new investment opportunities. Maintain proprietary market reports and internal database of property sales and lease comparables.
  • Due Diligence: Support transaction due diligence and closing processes for acquisitions and dispositions. Review due diligence materials and present findings to Senior Management.
  • Asset Management: Support asset management functions, interact with investment committee, property management, leasing, and accounting teams. Conduct ongoing analyses to support decision-making and update valuations of existing assets quarterly.

Required Skills:

  • One or more years of experience in investment banking, commercial real estate, or a related field.
  • Strong educational background.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
