WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As our Marketing & Reporting Specialist, you will be:

  • Creating, maintaining, and supporting marketing, sales, and client relation efforts such as: email campaigns, direct mail campaigns, website, social media, videos, and webinars.
  • Tracking marketing efforts, including marketing effectiveness, interacting with our blog subscribers, updating client and prospect activity, and website analytics.
  • Maintaining and building client relations through on-going client contact, development of presentations and webinars, and supporting conferences.
  • Finding, exploring, and developing potential opportunities for Perspectives Consulting Group, Inc. Continually gather new ideas and evaluate those ideas both internally and externally resulting in proactive marketing and sales opportunities.
  • Preparing surveys in SurveyMonkey, processing survey research in Excel, and locating supporting information for projects on the internet.
  • Summarizing research data in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and preparing charts and graphs in PowerPoint.
  • Entry and processing of surveys and other statistical information and preparation of general statistical reports using Microsoft Office and SPSS.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software – everyone asks you when they have questions about Excel, Word, or PowerPoint. SPSS familiarity is a plus but not required.
  • Exceptional written communication skills – you are typically the person who edits any group reports.
  • Attention to detail – nothing gets by you. Most people think you are a perfectionist.
  • Ability to work well with minimal supervision – you are proactive, not a procrastinator.

WHERE AND WHEN YOU WORK:

At Perspectives, our guiding philosophy is life before work. Two ways we put life before work are our four-day work week, and our self-dictated and flexible work schedules. At Perspectives, you will have the opportunity to dictate when you work and where you will work. After a month or two of working from our Paw Paw, MI offices learning all of the basics you need to know to succeed, you will have the option of working onsite or hybrid (both on-site and virtually). This is a 20-hour-per-week position.

The compensation for this position is $20.00 per hour.
