Leidos is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Analyst to join our National Security team in Reston, VA. In this role, you'll support a high-impact program that directly contributes to our customer's operational success. Your Impact:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for over 100+ program personnel, managing timecards, travel expenses, and process improvement efforts

  • Deliver insightful cost-reduction recommendations and identify opportunities for financial efficiency

  • Independently handle PMO and customer inquiries, providing clear, actionable information

  • Coordinate travel and financial operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in a 24x7 operational environment

  • Collaborate across teams — including program management, customer leadership, and field operations — to drive seamless communication and results

  • Track, analyze, and report on program expenses, payments, and vouchers

  • Support additional PMO and sponsor requirements to help achieve program milestones

What You'll Bring:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph (required)

  • Bachelor's degree and 8–12 years of relevant experience, or Master's with 6–10 years; additional experience may substitute for education

  • Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial systems

  • Strong understanding of customer operations and mission requirements

Pay Range:Pay Range $80, $145,700.00
