Job Title: Compensation Analyst
Job Description

The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and implementing compensation programs, including salary administration, incentive systems, and international compensation. You will interpret reliable trends, strategies, and company culture to offer professional advice on compensation matters, ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, evaluate, implement, and audit compensation programs, including salary administration, incentive systems, and international compensation.
  • Assist in designing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs and structures.
  • Collaborate with management and staff to provide professional advice on compensation matters.
  • Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws and regulations.
  • Participate in or lead small projects from inception to completion.
  • Follow standard practices and procedures while working independently with supervision.
Essential Skills
  • Strong skills in compensation analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with AON, Mercer, and Pay Factors platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in human resources or related area.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Workday is a plus.
Work Environment

This role requires working independently with supervision, following standard practices and procedures. You'll engage with various teams to collaborate on compensation initiatives and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $ $35.00/hr.
