Car Sales Executive

Lithia Springs Ford is looking for an ambitious, customer service-driven sales professional to join our sales team as we continue to grow, come join us. Our great location and high customer traffic translate into financial rewards for this position No automotive sales experience is required but we do desire an individual who has retail or customer relations experience.

Qualifications
- Dealership experience
- Customer-based Retail experience (i.e. Cell phone retail store, Customer-facing retail stores, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to manage inventory and ensure a seamless sales process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $51, $112,300.00 per year
