POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Litigation Associate with 2–4 years of litigation experience to join a top-tier consumer protection team. The successful candidate will work closely with Partners and Senior Attorneys, gaining immediate hands-on experience in multiple phases of litigation—including discovery, law & motion, depositions, and trial preparation. This is a unique opportunity to advocate for California consumers while developing into a confident and aggressive litigator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft and respond to written discovery; review document productions and participate in e-discovery
- Draft and argue motions related to discovery disputes and pleadings challenges
- Attend and defend depositions; take percipient witness depositions
- Participate in vehicle inspections with expert witnesses
- Manage timely reporting and billing for hours worked
- Support senior attorneys with dispositive motions, high-stakes depositions, and trial preparation
- Handle court appearances, case management conferences, and ex parte matters
- Perform other litigation support tasks as assigned by Partners
QUALIFICATIONS:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Member in good standing of the California Bar
- 2–4 years of litigation experience (Lemon Law not required)
- Demonstrated interest in consumer protection law
- Excellent written/oral advocacy, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Westlaw, and Outlook
- Willingness to travel within California for court appearances, inspections, and depositions
- Spanish bilingual skills preferred but not required
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
$130,000–$145,000 annual salary DOE, plus comprehensive benefits listed above.
