Information Technology (IT) implements, supports and maintains all systems at Hawai'i Pacific Health facilities. The department encompasses the people, records and activities that process the data and information in the organization. The team provides support to users, and acts as the key liaison between the business community and vendors. It also codes, defines criteria, performs testing and debugging, and maintains programs in order to meet the informational needs of Hawai'i Pacific Health's numerous facilities and administrative offices.

Under the general direction of the Director of Information Technology or designee, provides application support to user Departments. Responsible for Tier 2 support of applications and acts as the key liaison between the business community, vendors, and the Information Systems (IS) Department. Translates customers' high-level requirements into functional specifications for the IS Department and manages changes to such specifications. Uses a variety of platforms to provide automated systems applications to customers. Responsible for gathering, compiling, and synthesizing information with regard to technology processes and/or systems. Codes, defines criteria and performs testing, debugging, and documents and maintains programs. Researches and maintains knowledge in emerging technologies and possible application to the business.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Healthcare or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. Current driver's license and valid Hawai'i auto insurance.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with supporting information systems. Experience in analyzing workflow and implementing changes in workflow.
