Cybersecurity Analyst

Cybersecurity Analyst
will will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, managing risk, and strengthening the security posture of Army and DoD systems through hands-on support, policy evaluation, and technical oversight. Responsibilities of the
Cybersecurity Analyst
:

• Oversee daily cybersecurity operations, ensuring compliance with DoD, Army, and federal standards through policy evaluation and layered security architecture.
• Manage risk assessments, review POA&Ms, and maintain secure system authorizations (ATO/ATC) using RMF, FISMA, and NIST frameworks.
• Support cybersecurity readiness during Army and Joint exercises, including documentation, risk analysis, and AO briefings.
• Conduct inspections and remediation activities for CORA and OIP programs, providing training and guidance to personnel.
• Review and approve system changes, connection requests, and exceptions to policy, ensuring secure integration into the DODIN-A network.

Qualifications for the
Cybersecurity Analyst
:

• 10+ years' experience integrating DoD and Army cybersecurity policy into IT projects.
• 5+ years' experience managing cybersecurity at the program level, including experience with planning, directing, and coordinating cybersecurity requirements for network and systems administration.
• 5+ years' experience in the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process.
• Must possess an active CompTIA Security+CE certification at start date.
• Experience with: Army tactical communications systems, Mission Partner Environment enclave, USARPAC Area of Responsibility (AOR), and Presenting and arguing for acceptance of new concepts to Senior Leadership.
• Current DoD TS clearance with SCI eligibility

Compensation for the
Cybersecurity Analyst
:

• Salary Range: $125,000 - $130,000 *depending on experience*
• Comprehensive Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Plan, Holidays, Sick Leave if required by law
