We're a busy and growing automotive group, and we're looking for a dependable, detail-driven Office Support Specialist to join our administrative team. This position is ideal for someone who wants to learn a little bit of everything in dealership operations from accounting and inventory to title work and customer service — and build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

You'll work closely with our Office Manager, Accounting, and Sales Teams to support a wide range of daily dealership operations, including:

Accounting & Administrative Tasks

· Prepare and verify daily deposits and reconcile bank statements

· Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) data entry

· Maintain accurate records, invoices, and transaction logs

Inventory & Deal Processing

· Assist with stocking in vehicles (new and used) into the dealership management system

· Verify vehicle information, purchase invoices, and related documentation

· Support Verifi title and registration processing

General Office Support

· File, scan, and organize documents and digital records

· Order office supplies and assist with vendor communication

· Provide support to sales, service, and accounting staff as needed

What We're Looking For

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Reliable and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer use

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

· Previous dealership, accounting, or administrative experience a plus — but not required We'll train the right person.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
