Overview

We are seeking a Cashier/Customer Service Specialist to join our culinary team. Experience is not a must. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in our store by greeting customers, taking customer orders, answering menu related questions, packing to go orders, delivering orders to their tables and overall customer service. This position is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our kitchen operations and delivering high-quality dishes to our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all customers upon their entrance into our stores.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and behind the counter area, adhering to food safety protocols.
  • Participate in catering events as needed, ensuring that all food items meet quality standards.
  • Create a pleasant service environment by collaborating with all taqueria staff to ensure our customers leave satisfied and happy.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience is not a must, we'll teach you.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A passion for culinary arts and a willingness to learn new techniques.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
