The Role:

  • Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday (at least one Saturday a month) If a Saturday is worked a day off in the week will be given
  • Make a Difference: Be the face of our practice, setting the tone for a positive patient experience from the first phone call.

We Are Looking For:

  • Dental Experience is a Must: Your previous experience in a dental practice and familiarity with dental terminology and procedures will be key to your success in this role.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Your ability to interact excellently with the public, coupled with outstanding writing and verbal skills, will set you apart.
  • Insurance Savvy: A history of working with dental insurance is crucial, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients and team.
