Job Description

Data Quality professionals analyze complex data, collaborate with BI and Reporting specialists, and transform it into valuable insights for business decisions. They monitor performance, implement quality control plans, and identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements. Collaboration with business functions, IT, and database teams is vital for establishing rules, developing automation processes, and ensuring data accuracy. They analyze data quality trends, contribute to dashboard creation, and establish effective quality control mechanisms for Data Stewardship support.

Key Responsibilities:


• Monitor and assess data quality across claims and insurance systems (e.g., policy, billing, claims).


• Develop and implement data quality rules, metrics, and dashboards to track improvements.

• Collaborate with Claims, Underwriting, IT, and Data Governance teams to resolve data issues.

• Conduct root cause analysis of data anomalies and recommend corrective actions.

• Support regulatory and compliance reporting by ensuring data integrity.

• Document data definitions, lineage, and quality standards for key insurance datasets.

• Assist in data migration and integration projects, ensuring quality controls are in place.

• Provide training and guidance to business users on data quality best practices."

Salary Information:

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is to k /yearly.  
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
