Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to target new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within assigned territories.
  • Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, product demos, and face-to-face meetings to generate leads and close deals.
  • Manage territory sales by identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Lead business development efforts by identifying market trends, creating tailored proposals, and negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
  • Deliver technical product presentations and demos to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions to B2B clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through ongoing account management, upselling opportunities, and resolving client concerns promptly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within a B2B environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques including negotiation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in territory management and lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations.
  • Ability to analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Experience in marketing or technical sales is a plus; a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
