We're looking for an Enterprise Project Manager to join Procore's Professional Services team. In this role, you'll manage complex, large-scale professional service engagements for our enterprise customers. The primary goal of this role is to ensure high-value clients successfully onboard, adopt, and achieve business outcomes with Procore, while delivering services on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
As an Enterprise Project Manager, you'll partner with Professional Services Consultants, Delivery teams, Sales, Product, and Customer Success team members to plan, execute, and oversee enterprise-level client projects. Use your strategic project management expertise, consultative mindset, and resource coordination skills to drive impactful outcomes, mitigate risks, and guide clients through change. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-profile clients and make a tangible impact—apply today to join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional enterprise experiences.
This position reports into the Manager of Project Management, Professional Services and can be based in any of Procore's US locations or remotely. We're looking for someone to join immediately.
What you'll do:
Define execution strategies for enterprise clients to ensure delivery of all agreed-upon services and scope, including leading discovery and design workshops, developing Gantt project plans, forecasting resources, tracking risk, and building change management strategies.
Collaborate with key contacts, technical leadership, and Customer Success to execute complex statements of work and onboarding strategies.
Partner with the account team during pre-sales engagements as the services delivery expert internally and externally.
Develop and implement repeatable processes and templates to create efficiencies and standardization.
Manage custom service delivery timelines/project plans for enterprise-scale engagements to ensure on-time delivery of services and deliverables.
Own strategic delivery for one-time projects, entity/subsidiary-based engagements, or other enterprise SOWs while supporting account growth.
Prepare reports and documentation via Procore's internal systems, ensuring accurate communication of project progress, budget, and risks.
Provide proactive, high-level service to Procore enterprise clients through consistent and clear communication.
Maintain working knowledge of Procore's products, services, emerging technologies, and best practices.
What we're looking for:
At least 8 years of experience managing or supporting large-scale enterprise services delivery.
Strong skills in creating and managing Gantt project schedules, documenting business outcomes and success criteria, managing and forecasting resources, and maintaining RAID logs.
Proven experience managing large, complex projects across web and mobile applications for documentation management, project management, or similar platforms.
Prefer experience in construction and/or financial SaaS industries and Organizational Change Management consulting.
Innovative, persuasive, creative, goal-oriented, optimistic, proactive, and adaptable.
Deep understanding of value drivers and establishing standard operating procedures.
Successful management of projects delivering $100K+ in professional services and ability to effectively manage scope.
Willingness to travel for client on-sites and company events (up to 30–40% of time).
PMP and/or CAPM certification strongly preferred.
Note: While this role works closely with all levels of the organization, including Sales, it is not a selling role. The focus is on ensuring enterprise clients are well supported, educated, and fully adopted on Procore's platform.
