  • Must be able to Work Weekends
  • 36-40 hours weekly in Columbia, Lexington, West Columbia
  • Experience with Dementia, Range of Motion and Bed Bound

Job Summary:

The caregiver provides clients various personal care and housekeeping services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence. 

Essential Functions:

  • Personal Care
  • Caring Companionship and Activities
  • Meal Planning and preparation
  • Assistance with bathing 
  • Dressing and Grooming
  • Toileting and incontinent care
  • Errands and Transportation
  • Housekeeping services
  • Medication Reminders
