About the Role:
We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers—helping them with inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is empathetic, patient, and passionate about delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
