Responsibilities
The Product Specialist at Hamilton Robotics plays a key role in supporting the company's mission to deliver innovative, high-quality laboratory automation solutions. This position involves developing technical expertise in assigned Hamilton lab automation products , contributing to daily sales support, product development initiatives, training and marketing support, while assisting in achieving portfolio revenue growth.

Qualifications
- Develop expertise in assigned Hamilton lab automation products, serving as a subject matter expert for internal teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to identify market opportunities, develop and launch new products, and manage existing product lines.
- Support product development efforts in partnership with Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Support sales with technical and pricing product pricing knowledge.
- Conduct sales and service training sessions for internal staff and channel partners.
- Deliver product demonstrations for customers and key stakeholders.
- Assist in creating and executing business plans and product strategies to drive growth.
- Partner with the Marketing Communications team to develop effective, customer-focused product materials.
- Provide daily technical and product support to internal and external stakeholders.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint ; experience with D365 is a plus.
- Experience in sales, customer service, product management, or product development preferred.
- Background in the laboratory equipment or life sciences industry is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
