Career Description
This career involves working indoors to manufacture quality, concrete burial products for our customers, as well as working outdoors, in all weather conditions, to deliver and install burial products and prepare them for graveside committal services. Professional conduct, appearance, and communication skills are important to our customers and the families they serve in our customer service position more so than in any other position in the company. The families we serve have just experienced the significant and stressful loss of a loved one, and our Customer Service Representatives are the front line of our company as these families say their final goodbyes and pay their final respects to their loved ones. Our role is to make their burial experience respectful, dignified, flawless, and meaningful, allowing them to move forward through the grieving process following a positive final experience honoring their loved ones.

Manufacturing Duties
- Learn all aspects of concrete product manufacturing including product assembly, forming concrete, stripping, cleaning & maintaining forms, finishing product, and ensuring flawless product quality through quality control measures.
- Cut and bend rebar and wire for reinforcement.
- Date and stock products correctly.
- Retrieve properly aged products from stock and correctly paint/decorate for orders going out, ensuring product exactly matches the customer order prior to delivery to its final destination.
- Use different types of hand tools and operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently, including the operation and use of overhead cranes.
- Maintain a clean facility and safe work area at all times.
Customer Service Representative (Delivery & Installation) Duties
- Load, transport, and unload burial containers in a company vehicle.
- Operate boom trucks and trailers for burial container installation.
- Arrange and display burial container for graveside service and install burial container into the grave following the service.
- Assemble and disassemble graveside equipment.
- Prepare for graveside service including the placement of chairs, artificial grass, vault cover, and any other items required prior to service.
- Provide a safe, clean, respectful, and dignified burial presentation for the family and guests at the grave site.
- Understand responsibility for all work to be performed timely, correctly, and most importantly, safely.
- Communicate all service-related exceptions and issues with the plant manager immediately so customer may be alerted prior to graveside service.
Qualifications
- Must be a team player who works well with others to increase workplace morale and manufacturing efficiency
- Valid Driver's License with limited infractions (must pass MVR check for insurability on business policy)
- Be self-motivated and self-monitored with little supervision needed and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems when working independently in the field
- Maintain a clean and respectful personal appearance, wearing a clean uniform when required
- Must be flexible with working hours including Saturdays and Sundays when required
- Must be able to lift, stand, bend, stoop, twist, turn, kneel, and squat for short period of time, lift a minimum of 80 lbs., and have use of all senses.
- Ability to work outdoors and handle exposure to all types of weather conditions
