As a Sr Manager, TPM - Process Engineering within the Robotics Technical Services team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and improving the mechanisms to service and support Amazon Robotics products deployed to Stores Operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple functions within AR Process Engineering, including Data Engineering, Data Science, Workflow Automation, HW Tools Development, Hardware Problem Management and retrofit program management.
This role requires working closely with Operations, AR Field, and Operations teams to ensure mechanisms to service and support AR products are safe, efficient and effective. The ideal candidate has experience managing multi-disciplinary teams with the ability to analyze, prioritize and deliver operational improvements. This role requires excellent people management skills, structured problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key job responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Develop service and support mechanisms for new products.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to increase the performance deployed products through improved service mechanisms, service execution and product design.
- Implement changes through service mechanisms and technology upgrades.

About the team
This role is part of the Amazon Robotics Technical Services team, responsible for supporting AR products deployed to Stores Operations. AR Technical Services includes Technical Support, Hardware Support Engineering, Customer Success Management, Field Safety, Service Strategy and Process Engineering.
- 7+ years of people management experience
- 7+ years of technical program management experience
- Experience generating automated metrics to measure service and program effectiveness and consistency
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
- Master's degree or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $175,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $302,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
