Roles Available:
Leadership Opportunities
- Director of Sales – Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing real estate sales team. Responsible for recruitment, accountability, sales performance, and strategic growth.
- Leadership / Productivity Coach – Mentor new and experienced agents, providing training, guidance, accountability, and business development support.
- Tech Ambassador – Train and support agents in utilizing KW technology platforms and tools to maximize efficiency and production.
- Compliance Broker – Review contracts, ensure transaction accuracy, and maintain legal and brokerage compliance.
- Administrative Assistant – Support office operations, scheduling, communication, and administrative workflow.
Sales Opportunities
- Listing Agent – Represent sellers, manage listing processes, conduct consultations, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth client experience.
- Buyer's Agent – Assist buyers through the home-buying journey, from property search and showings to negotiation and closing.
- Showing Assistant – Support lead agents by showing homes, maintaining client communication, and coordinating appointments.
- Team Agent (Leads Provided) – Work with consistent lead flow, build relationships, and convert leads into closed transactions with team support.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead, coach, or support real estate professionals (for leadership roles)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
- Real estate license or willingness to obtain one (required for most sales roles; required for Compliance Broker)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems (a plus)
- Positive attitude, growth mindset, and willingness to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $60, $150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
